The TAWG team are doing 58 Miles In February!
As part of our commitment to wellness and community support, Training at Work Group is excited to participate in Mind‘s ’58 miles in February’ challenge. This is a fantastic opportunity for our team to actively contribute to a vital cause – promoting better mental health.
We encourage everyone to lace up their trainers and join us, to make this challenge your own, you can cover the distance in a way that suits you best. Whether you prefer to walk, jog, run, or wheel (not the bus!) Every mile counts towards the collective goal of 58 miles over the month which you can spread out as you like – daily, weekly, or in larger chunks. It’s not just about the physical challenge; it’s also a chance to raise awareness and funds for mental health support.
As you gather your miles, you’ll not only be supporting a great cause but also working on your own well-being. To make it even more special, when you sign up, you’ll receive a free Mind t-shirt to wear during your walks to further help spread awareness.
